There will be a vote to lower the Annual Dues from $90.00 to $50.00. This vote as stated in the bylaws: Article V-DUES Section 1. " Association dues shall be established by the Board of Director prior to the Annual Meeting in November and changes shall be approved at the Annual Meeting by a simple majority of eligible voters present and voting." A simple vote, showing of hands will be taken at the Annual Meeting to determine the Annual Dues, this vote is not PROXY eligible.
Being that the current Board of Directors are NOT seeking reelection, nominees will come from the floor and eligible voters can fill out their ballots accordingly.
