This week, a deed restriction survey was sent out to a sampling of property owners who are in good standing.
If you do receive one, feel free to respond so we can get a better feel for the pulse of the community regarding deed restrictions.
We may be sending more in the future, so be on the lookout! The surveys were and will be sent via email to a random selection of property owners.

Not all Property Owners received a SURVEY but rather a random cross section of Property Owners. The survey was the first of possibly a few surveys we may send out to obtain information.
Think of it this way, if you go to the Mall and a survey is being conducted, they don't stop every person but rather random people.
I did not receive a survey and why wouldn't they go out to all members of the community in good standing? I also was not able to attend the virtual meeting and still trying to locate the minutes that were to be posted on 8/9?? Thank you,
