It has come to the Boards attention that counterfeit Deed Restriction violation letters are showing up around our community.
If you have receive a letter on your vehicle or on a work vehicle in front of your property while it is parked in the street during the day, please call 941-465-2818
If you received a letter in the past week for any other violation please call, it may not be from the Board.
We have taken steps to prevent any further issues and will mail all violation letters including those for overnight parking in the streets for the foreseeable future to avoid matter in question.
