Today we sent out six (6) Deed Restriction Violation letters for Recreational Vehicles.
Of the six (6) letters, two (2) were Final Notices and legal action may be our next step.
If your boat has been parked in your driveway for more than 48 consecutive hours, it's in violation and should be moved right away. Parking your boat and trailer on the street is not permitted. Please, respect your neighbors and help us to make our community the best it can be.
if you see a boat in violations, simply go to the Deed Restriction page on our website and fill out the form, it's completely anonymous.
Remember to be kind to your boat, they're made for water not your driveway.
