The annual membership dues are $90, we hope to lower dues in 2021. Dues provide for many projects such as rezoning that effects our community and property owners, amenities including entry gates, landscaping, irrigation, upkeep and lighting; website; liability insurance for communal property and community development; social activities; deed restrictions enforcement; security patrol; welcoming committee; sunshine committee.

The SORRENTO EAST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
Composed of the registered owners of lots, parcels, structures and/or real properties which are situated, lying and being in the platted area legally designated as the "Sorrento East Subdivision" and hereinafter called "Sorrento East," as described in the public records of Sarasota County, Florida:

B. Unit 2, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 37;
